A vessel’s crew and skipper are at risk of suffering from fatigue. Understand how fatigued you are and what you can do about it.

The Epworth Sleepiness Scale is an on-line questionnaire which will help you decide if you have a sleep problem. Sleep clinics commonly use this scale. Rate your sleepiness in eight situations (as sleepiness depends to some extent on the situation).
