Carriage of Cargoes and Containers Sub-Committee (CCC)

The Carriage of Cargoes and Containers (CCC) Sub-Committee considers technical and operational matters related to cargo codes and instruments.

The Carriage of Cargoes and Containers (CCC) Sub-Committee was set up to consider technical and operational matters related to effective implementation of the relevant conventions, codes and other instruments dealing with cargo operations, which include, packaged dangerous goods, solid bulk cargoes, bulk gas cargoes and containers.

This was previously the Carriage of Dangerous Goods, Solid Cargoes and Containers (DSC) Sub-Committee.

The next session is the 3rd Session of the Carriage of Cargoes and Containers Sub-committee (CCC 3).

Previous session

At the end of each Carriage of Cargoes and Containers (CCC) Sub-Committee meeting, a final report is prepared for submission to the Maritime Safety Committee and the Marine Environment Protection Committee.

The final report provides a record of the issues discussed and actions taken by the Sub-Committee.
