Replacement Certificate of Registry
You need to do these things:
- Complete the application for a new certificate (form SR26)
- Pay the replacement certificate fee of NZ$245 and tell us the payment method you used.
- Send your completed application by email, courier or post.
When we receive the application and fee, we will issue the replacement certificate of registry and send it to you by courier.
