Position statements
Position statements are a form of guidance intended to assist surveyors and operators. Position statements often address the Maritime Rules and may also address duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA).
The interpretation contained in position statements is not legal advice and does not replace the Maritime Rules or HSWA.
