Under section 437 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, Maritime NZ is required to have a Service Charter. The Service Charter clearly defines the standards of service you can expect from us, and outlines the process if we fail to meet those standards. If you think we have not met our standards of service, you can submit a complaint to us using this form. More information about our service standards.
