Getting a replacement certificate of registration
What you need to do
To get a replacement certificate of registration, you must:
- complete the Application for new certificate of registry / certificate of registration (form SR26)
- send your completed application form to Maritime NZ by email, courier, or post.
When we receive your application, we will:
- send you an invoice with a reference number and instructions explaining how to pay
- once we receive your payment, issue the replacement certificate of registration and send it to you by courier.
